The Township Board of Supervisors and Planning Commission, along with the Montgomery County Planning Commission, have been working for quite some time on a Greenway Preservation Guidebook, which is being developed to encourage developers of lots ten acres or larger to protect our sensitive natural resources, farmland and scenic views when configuring a subdivision so that future generations can continue to enjoy those unique features. A date for the adoption of the Guidebook has not yet been set, and changes are still being made, but you can review the most current version by clicking here. The Township website will be updated with amendments to the Guidebook once they are completed. The Board appreciates all input and/or comments.
